It REALLY WORKS

Mollie Hunter Grant, I been on Metaboliq
and Essentials for about 3 weeks now.........
I went to the meeting about Qivana in February really only because my friend Ellen asked me to. I am such a skeptic about any diet plans that I was very leery about even listening to yet another diet plan.
Because they are all the same, right? There are so many out there,
and I have tried plenty of shakes and cereal for breakfast fads. So
the Qivana presentation was interesting, but I still didn?t believe
it. Ellen sent me home with two Metaboliq shakes and some Essentials.
It wasn?t like the heavens opened and angels sang when I tried the
shake for the first time, but it tasted good enough that I decided to
order some.
I started working out back in Oct., really working out. I discovered
that in order to lose weight you have to break a sweat, funny I
thought slow walking on the treadmill and sitting around talking with
friends at the gym would work, apparently not so much. Working out 3 hours a week, I started dropping the pounds. In 3 months I lost 15 lbs. But then I hit a rut and for 2 months I lost nothing.
Everyone always says losing the last 5 ? 10 lbs is always the hardest. I want eating and working out to fit with my lifestyle. I didn?t want to start some crazy diet or work out every day, that isn?t me and I knew I didn?t want to live like that for the rest of my life. I like to work out 2 -3 times a week, I like eating a burger and fries. So I didn?t want to dramatically change my life just to lose 5 more lbs.
It is hard to believe it has only been 3 weeks since I started on
Qivana. I just counted it on the calendar because I didn?t really
think I could feel this different in 3 weeks! I take the Essentials
every day, drink a Metaboliq shake in the morning and take a Boost
before lunch. The shakes fill me up that I almost have to force
myself to eat lunch 5 hours later. I was not expecting that.
In fact I thought it was a fluke, so I ate cereal for breakfast one morning and I was starving 2 hours later! I will never go back to cereal for breakfast again! I even use to eat eggs for breakfast, trying to get good protein to start the day, but that didn?t work either.
Over the last three weeks I have started eating less, not because I
was trying to cut back, but because it happened naturally. I don?t
crave snacks. I do still eat what I want. Yes ? I eat dessert!
Anybody that knows me knows I love to sleep?I mean really love to
sleep. I have young children and nap every day when they do. I go to bed by 10pm and the alarm pulls me out of bed at 6:45am. One week after starting Qivana I couldn?t nap. Believe me I tried. I was wide awake ? I felt great! Then I started waking up at 6am, ready to start the day. I haven?t set my alarm in 2 weeks. On top of all that my life has been crazy and I have only been working out 1 hour a week?I have lost 5 lbs.!!!! I truly can?t believe that my life has changed this much in 3 weeks. Everyone I know has noticed a change in me. I even have more patience with my kids because I?m not so tired. That right there is worth starting the program! I am loving where I am right now on Qivana.
