Network Marketing is a People Business, it is relationships that are built one person at a time even if you are using Internet Network Marketing. Jeri and I have spent 35 years in the Network Marketing Industry.

The Great thing about the Network Marketing Model is you have a mentor in your upline to walk you through your first steps as a new Network Marketer.

Jeri and I use both Relationship Marketing and Internet Network Marketing with great results, we use Relationship Marketing with contacts we meet and Internet Network Marketing for people looking for Business Opportunities on the Internet.

I do not believe that there is only one way to build your Network Marketing Business today. As the Leader of your organization you must be well versed in Relationship Marketing and Internet Network Marketing. Like it or not, Internet Network Marketing is here to stay.

If you use Relationship Marketing and refuse to learn Internet Marketing you will lose out on a ton of money if you do not develop your Internet Marketing skills over the next few years.

If you only use Internet Network Marketing I promise 2 things will happen, you are leaving money on the table and you are missing the chance to build Business Relationships.

Relationship Marketing or Internet Network Marketing, is always about Network Marketing Teamwork and HELPING Someone else achieve their Dream's.

The Network Marketing Prospecting Industry has been going through a Paradigm Shift and this has been really confusing for some of the old MLM folks.

The "OLD Rules" no longer apply across the board and the "New Rules" are a Fluid Amalgamation that is in process, and not written as of yet.

The MLMs' must look at this shift as a natural progression of Business that was inevitable considering the size of the Internet Market today.

Internet Network Marketing is the greatest marketing shift in the Network Marketing Industry in over 60 years, it's just progress and the human sprit expanding its horizon.

It is Our responsibility as the Leaders of our organizations to teach our Business Partners Successful Marketing Techniques, in whatever medium they chose to market in.

Internet Network Marketing is taking the MLM's into the 21st. Century and that is a great thing. But Internet Network Marketing is the FIRST Industry I know of, to throw a proven Marketing System out the window, without ever establishing its position as the only Network Marketing Prospecting tool that works.

There are some Internet Marketers, that have chewed the MLM's Arm Right OFF and these same Marketer have sold Thousands of Dollars worth of "their e-books" Promoting Instant Internet Riches.

Something is terribly wrong when half of the Network Marketers on the Internet are selling e-books slamming the very Industry they are Supposed To Be IN. ???

And people that are trying to figure out how to market their MLM's on the Internet are being Bombarded by this message. It may not be an accurate assessment for Network Marketing Prospecting online, but when you hear it enough it will have you doubting every---thing you have been taught, and there is a ton of it on the Net right now.

I don't believe Internet Prospecting will ever completely replace the "Personal Relationship Building" aspect of the Network Marketing Industry. Internet Network Marketing Prospecting is just another TOOL you can add to your arsenal.

I had the pleasure to spend some time with Craig Johanson Chief Marketing Officer of Qivana. The Corporations concern with Internet Network Marketing is the Lack of Quality Duplication and Retention of the Internet Marketers.

The Network Marketing Companies look at Internet Marketing as a Diamond in the rough at this point. The Corporations have kept the Internet Network Marketers at a Comfortable Arms Length, and I really don't blame them when You consider all of the rhetoric that's Online.

Team Building (Network Marketing Prospecting) is not the End Game of the Network Marketing Business Model. The Goal of Network Marketing is to Build a stable Network of Business Minded People that has the Drive and Determination to build a Home Business that will produce a Residual Income and their Dreams.

The Business In A BOX

Internet Network Marketers face huge turnovers in their organizations because they are selling a Business in a BOX. And when the New Business Partner needs HELP they are Refereed to the BOX.

Your New Business Partner's will be counting on you to teach them what to do next, and that translates "HOW DO I Build MY BUSINESS?" If the Sponsor got all of his information from the BOX he is just as clue less as his new business partner.

If you are really good at Internet Network Marketing Prospecting, but have no idea how to build a Network Marketing Business that Duplicates its self, you can bet your last dollar it's going to duplicate in your organization.

Internet Network Marketers have created a whole new Problem for themselves, they have learned to Prospect on the Internet, but they are lacking in Duplication and Retention within their Organizations.

There is no Silver Bullet that will solve all of the problems you will face once you have a Prospect that transitions into a Business Partner. Remember the Network Marketing Business Model is a hands on learning environment that teaches Sound Business Practices through mentoring.

Your Internet Network Marketing Business Partners, needs to be trained just like the Relationship Marketer's Business Partners and this will not happen with just a duplicated website from your Corporate MLM alone.

Don't get me wrong the Corporations spend an exorbitant amount of money to produce these sites and they are worth a ton of gold, if you use them for what they are (a quick over view of the company).

I would rather have 10 Business Partners that are willing to duplicate what I teach them, than 100 who believe they can get Rich Overnight. If you market Instant Riches your Organization will be filled with people expecting to strike it rich the moment they sign up.

You will "Lose Your Creditability and Your New Business Partner" the moment you don't produce, then You and the Company You Represent is looked at as SCAM ARTIST.

It is a great place to do business and you never know where the next phone call will come from. As Network Marketers we are no longer limited by distance or even Countries.

As I watched the Internet mature I was convinced that it would become the freight train of all markets, and as I look back I suppose my insight was only lacking in the enormity of what Internet Marketing has become.

So all of that said, I've put a lot of stock into the fact that the Internet Marketplace is still growing World Wide.

Even in this Economy some Network Marketing Businesses are exploding with 300% and up to 600% Growth Rates, I know this because Jeri and I are Involved with two MLM's that are posting these numbers.

Internet Marketing is not the Lazy Mans way to riches, when you look at the time you invest developing your e-commerce website, your landing pages, splash pages, linking strategy's, getting listed in Google not to mention the hundred's of other directories, and this work is only your beginning, nothing comes FREE, especially on the Internet.

The way Network Marketing is done, IS Changing and that is just the cold hard truth. Relationship Marketing is alive and well, but we need better training for our Internet Network Marketers so they can realize the full potential of their business.

The way's to market on the Internet is constantly changing, 1 1/2 year's ago no one had heard of Twitter and Marketers have now learned how to make money using Twitter. The Internet is so fluid, Internet Marketers must keep scrambling just to keep up.
