The true nature of Network Marketing Teamwork is you can not just get caught up in the Team Building aspect of this business. Let's talk about the importance of each and every Rep you have in your down line.
People that succeed in NETWORK MARKETING are self starter's, and understand the Difference Between TEAM WORK and TEAM BUILDING. They know that TEAM WORK BUILDS a Successful NETWORK MARKETING TEAM.
The statistics show that between 12% and 15% of the adult population in the US has been involved with Network Marketing at some point in their life. This means that somewhere between 18 million and 21 million people have been sold on the idea of Multi-Level Marketing, "Network Marketing".
A lot of up lines have dropped the ball not understanding that to be successful, their down lines needed to be successful as well (Network Marketing Teamwork).
Have you heard the term, Go Where The Fire Is? Great concept for Firemen, but you just don't turn your back on your Business Partners because they are not producing at that moment.
If this is your practice I want nothing to do with you, this practice will prove to be your down fall. I have seen this in practice and witnessed the carnage it leaves in its wake.
This Practice has nothing to do with Network Marketing Teamwork. These days Network Marketing Teamwork is much more than dragging your new prospect to a weekly meeting.
You Must Teach what you have Learned and that only happens if you was taught proper Network Marketing Teamwork methods.
Everyone that has seen a Network Marketing Plan understands the use of Business People multiplying Business People. We understand that the multiplication of time, people, or money is the only way we are going to break out of the time for money Rat Race that 95% of us are in.
Let's face it, Network Marketing is sales... the problem that we run into with sales is finding the vehicle we need to accomplish the goals we have set before us.
The cars' engine is the driving force of the vehicle, just as the Marketing System is the driving force of your company. With out an engine the vehicle has nothing to start. Without a Marketing Strategy in place, your Network Marketing Business is also missing its engine.
To build a Residual Income in any Network Marketing Business, we must look at the product line or service as the wheels on our vehicle. Just like the song we all sang when we were children, "the wheels on the bus go round and round", but with out an engine or wheels how can we go anywhere?
Now let's look at it this way. If you were going to spend the hundreds of thousands of dollars that it would take to launch a business today and you hired a staff, you would want each and every person to know what time they would come to work, level of performance you expect, and the type of work they will actually do.
If you're going to hire someone, it just makes sense that you would tell them what you expect of them. Right? So why would you take on a Business Partner and try to "blind side" them to the fact that we actually do sales? Or better yet, send them out to do sales with the belief they don't need a Marketing Strategy, "Not My Idea of good Network Marketing Teamwork".
With a great Network Marketing Co. you don't need to hide the fact your Network Marketing Business is Sales. You just need to give your prospects the proper tools to accomplish
"Their Goals".
I NEED TO BE HONEST WITH YOU! I'll be the first to admit that getting involved with Network Marketing takes a little guts, but where can you find a company that will allow you to reach the pentacle of their Business on your own terms.
I was freaking out the day my wife approached me with our new Network Marketing co. (we had already been through all of this before and I was feeling really burned from our last Network Marketing Co.). Do you know what clinched it for me though?
I said to myself; "Look, if you don't try this, 10 years from now you'll be looking back on this moment and wonder what could have been.
And, you'll hate yourself for having given into your fears, and let a golden opportunity like this slip through your fingers, along with all your dreams for a better life."
Believe it or not, that motivated me to take action, and I've never looked back!
Let me tell you a short story that has everything to do with Network Marketing Teamwork, I hope it will make a lot of sense after you read it.
Looking back in history to when Henry Ford had just hit the big time with Ford Motor Co. It seams Henry didn't get along so well with the press, and the Detroit newspaper reporters were having a field day with poor old Henry. They said Henry wasn't smart enough to run Ford and he should step aside.
Well Henry Ford took all he could take and called the newspapers and planned a press conference, Henry told them he would answer any question the press had for him.
The newsmen were all ushered into Henry's' office, and a bit later, Henry walked in and sat at his desk. All of the newsmen were clamoring to be the first to ask a question.
Henry pointed to a young man and asked what is your question? He smartly stood up and read from his note pad with his pencil ready to capture any hint of Henry's' incompetence. "What is the paint process an automobile goes through he asked?"
Henry smiled as he picked up his phone and said send Bill Thompson from the paint department in. A few moments later, in walked Bill and so thoroughly explained the paint process the young man was dumbfounded and sat down.
The next question came from a seasoned veteran, as he pushed back his hat looking around the room of men. He knew he had old Henry and with a smirk ask what type of steal were the gears in the transmission made of.
Henry scratched his chin as he picked up the phone and said, "send Don Hart from the transmission department in". As he hung up the phone, he said, "This will take a few minutes. Don works at the far end of the factory".
Don proceeded not only to tell the seasoned veteran what the gears was made of, but gave the entire specifications of the transmission. After Don had finished, Henry Ford looked around the room and all was quite.
But, Henry noticed a man that was furious with a beet red face standing in the back of the room. Henry pointed to him and asked, "Is there any thing you would like to know?"
The man tossed his note pad to the floor and said, "Henry Ford I always knew you were an idiot, and you have just proved to this entire group you don't know anything".
Henry stood and walked around to the front of his desk and said, I don't need to know everything;
I just need to Know WHO to call!"
The negative articles stopped and Henry Ford went on to write the book on assembly line manufacturing and modern manufacturing, that is still copied today.
With the internet and the changes that are taking place in the industry the need for Strong Network Marketing Teamwork is often being Over Looked. Network Marketing Teamwork is not something to be ashamed of, it should be embraced and perfected in every Network Marketing Co.
When Jeri and I were invited to join Qivana's Pre-Launch Team the first thing I noticed was the quality of our Business Partners, and their ability to deliver the Highest Quality Information about Qivana Available, and we used them as our resource. This is what Network Marketing Teamwork is all about. Now contrary to the Internet Network Marketing Gurus it was NOT Because We're Stupid, or our Upline thought we was Stupid (Jeri and I have been in the Network Marketing Industry for Years) BUT "We" knew nothing about Qivana, I didn't even know how to pronounce it's name correctly let alone know anything about the Company, it's Products, or Pay Plan, what I did Know was Qivana's Founders Names from the Industry
So HOW WAS I Supposed to Market this New Company? If it wasn't for our Upline guiding us, we would have been UP THE CREEK WITHOUT a PADDLE and then I really would have looked like an Idiot. Remember the old Chinese Proverb; it's better to keep mouth shut and have someone think you are an Idiot, than open mouth and prove you are an Idiot (or something like that).
Network Marketers who live and work in their specialty day in and day out will deliver the most accurate answers to all of your questions.
You need to look at Network Marketing Teamwork and Your Sponsor as Henry Ford's Top Professionals. If You are having a hard time getting your feet under you, start calling your Upline's Upline and don't quit untill someone can help you. Jeri and I have all of our Upline's phone Numbers on speed dial (granted it's a short list when you come in at Pre-Launch) but our rolodex includes each one of the Founders ph.# and e-mail addresses. Don't think for a minute, if we are having a problem or I cant answer a question I'm afraid to pick up the phone or shoot an e-mail out.
You just need to Know Who To Call, and That's Network Marketing Teamwork
Our goal is to get you past all of the garbage and on your way to Making Money. If you are reading this you probley have a concern about your Network Marketing Team sometimes a little tweaking can set things on the right course, Sometimes it's not Worth Saving.
Finding the right Business Partners that understands Network Marketing Teamwork in the maze of Network Marketing Companies that is out there could only be described as looking for a needle in the proverbial haystack. There are some really Great Network Marketing Co. out there if you are lucky enough to find one, they will help you any way they can, if not it time to re-think your involvement.
